Default Manual Headlight Control

Ok so before my Blazer went down for an engine rebuild I had the headlights setup so that DRL's didnt come on and I had manual headlight control. After the rebuild, the low beams come on as soon as the engine is started regardless of night or day and DRL's come on if it's during the day.

I don't remember what I did to get the headlights the way I had them but not having manual control is something I don't like. Pretty sure I did not do the resistor trick to get DRL's off. If the parking brake is pushed down just enough for the light to come on does that prevent auto headlights? If not, what in the world did I do in the first place? lol
