Default Multi function switch issue?

I have an 01 blazer zr2. I've been trying to get my low beams to work. I've changed the relay in the dash and the headlight switch. All the fuses were good except the big 30 amp fuse under the hood. I replaced that but it doesn't do anything as far as I can tell. But anyways my cruise control doesn't work either I was wondering if the two issues could possibly be linked to the multifunction switch?

The Cruise control seemed to stop working after I did the tcc valve upgrade due to a trans slip code I had. But I'm not completely sure about that. Has anyone had similar issues?

Are your low beams dead in both Auto mode and manual on mode (headlamp dial)

The circuit is pretty complicated. Basically there is switching of the +12V power and also switching of the ground. The first thing that we need to figure out is if your missing 12v power or there is no ground presented.

Try these tests in both in auto and in manual headights on modes at the headlamp switch. Go to the left front low beam and see if you have 12v power on the ylw/blk wire. You can unplug the connector and reference the meter ground cable to frame ground or battery negative. Then at that same connector measure the resistance between the yellow wire and frame or battery ground.

So I don't have a multimeter right now but I checked the connector on the bulb and both prongs are hot with the switch in both positions.

What do you mean that both prongs are hot? Do you have a test light?

That looks like a high beam connector. Both low beams have one yellow wire.
