Default No hi beams

Can't find any blown fuses in the box under the hood of 2002 Blazer. Bulbs both check out and the ground is good but no 12 comes when I flick the low beams off.

It WAS banged in the front. I suspect a relay. Can Any body suggest where to look?
Mant thanks ..... k

I know there's a relay box under the hood on the passenger side I think, close to the fire wall...
