Default no taillights no dash lights

no tail lights no dash lights and fuse keeps poping and i do have a stock radio and cd player everything else is fine and yes there is a trailer hitch but its never been used by me oh and the license plate light isnt on either help help

No replys anyone I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions, I called acouple of auto repair places and they want almost $100 just to look at it anyways I'm sure it has a short I just dont know how to go about it and I do have a chiltons w/ wiring diagrams but their not colored (go ahead laugh I just did)

Have you checked your T/L CTSY fuse (fuse #3 20A)?
