Default Outside Mirrors Not Working

Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions for inoperable mirrors on both doors of the vehicle? The power remote control is not working.

Could you please give us your vehicle details (year, make, model, and any options that might be pertinent)?

THIS POST has the 99+ mirror schematics in it that should help with some testing. I'll attach the relevant diagram below:

I'm assuming that you have already checked the MIR/LKS fuse. Since you only have a complaint of inoperative mirrors and not a power lock issue as well, the fuse is likely okay.

Per the diagram, you should have +12V to the orange wire (pin G at the power mirror switch connector) and a good ground on the black wire (pin B at the power mirror switch connector). Does the switch illuminate at night when the lights are on? If not, this could be an indicator of a bad ground to the switch.
