Power Mirrors not working

Power Mirrors not working
1991 Blazer 4.3 VIN "Z"
Just picked it up and found the mirrors do not work. I need to adjust them to see properly but nothing happens when I move the ****.
I looked at the fuse diagram and there was no mention of the mirrors, so it could be as simple as a fuse, but which one?
Is this a common problem, is it the switch on the dash? Is it in the mirrors or what?
let me know if you have any ideas.
