Default Overhead Console Swap!

So my 1999 Chevy blazer already has a OHC but it doesnt have home link so i went to the local junk yard to get one and found out it has a 5 wire plug wheres mine only has a 4 wire plug...

4 Wire plug has -
Red
Orange
Black
Purple/Yellow

5 Wire Plug has -

Black
Purple/Yellow

AND

Green?????

Does any one know what the green wire is for?? i found a wiring diagram from one of the other post it it says its a LED Dimming Signal...

this is from a word doc

Universal Garage Door Opener (UGDO) Module

Pin Wire Color Circuit No. Function
A ORN 40 Battery Positive Voltage
B YEL 1382 LED Dimming Signal
B DK GRN 1382 LED Dimming Signal
C BLK 1850 Ground
C PPL/YEL 1850 Ground

theres no yellow wire on the one i got from the junk yard so im thinking that doc i got is wrong.. Does any one know what that green wire is?
