Thanks, several things you mentioned I haven't seen in manuals - slow charge only, charge below 10.6 can permently damage battery, alternator 14.5 volts plus. Especially the slow charge. Found and eliminated some of the drains, computer drain is big - bad news. Have gotten by for 2 years with the disconnect, but it's a hassle. May try to replace the computer, wary about messing it up. Looks like $100 to do that myself, $250 to have it done, 04 Blazer.
