Park Neutral Safety Switch Problem
I'm trying to bypass my Park Neutral Safety Switch but I'm need a wiring diagram to show me which wires are for what. Can anyone help me out? I need to drive this thing to work in the a.m. so I'm running out of time! I'd appreciate any advice/help. Thanks!

Does your have the floor-mounted shifter or the column-mounted shifter? If you have the floor-mounted shifter, you pull up the boot, and there's a button on the left side of the shifter to override the shift interlock mechanism.

the only thing that switch is doing is preventing you from cranking with the key if in any gear besides neutral or park.... if you need it to start in a jam and can't figure out the wiring, turn the ignition key to on position (MAKE SURE IT"S IN PARK -maybe even use parking brake) turn the wheel far left to gain better access to starter, then go to starter and jump 12v to little post on solenoid (purple switch wire-almost positive on color) that will make starter crank...it will stay running if key is on.
