Default Rear wiring to tail lights

I have a 1987 k5 blazer 5.7
Got a hitch and trailer wiring put on and since then I had problems with my left rear lights. No brake light or running light. I get under there and I see they ripped out my dark green wire out of the female end of the plug. No one has the replacement. I'm wondering what's the best way to fix this. Male end has 3 wires going in (tail light) light green brown and yellow, female has dark green (this is the wire that got pulled out) light green brown and yellow. I'm wondering if I could just wire the green wire to one of the wires from the male end. I cannot figure this one out and it's bugging me. I miss driving the blazer badly and I would greatly appreciate the help if anyone can! Thank you!!
