What do you mean by "reset"? When the power is disconnected from the vehicle, e.g. a battery change, on the Computer Climate Control systems the blend door actuator will cycle back and forth when power is resorted.

Thank you for replying again. Your answer to the rest is what I was asking about, heard it could solve problem.Battery or fuse or relay pull also. But didn't say were to have controls set. Also do you think it could be the control unit its self.

Use the following steps to perform the calibration update:
  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
  2. Remove the battery positive voltage circuit fuse of the HVAC Control Module.
IMPORTANT: The module memory will not clear if the battery positive voltage circuit fuse is installed in less than 60 seconds .

Wait 60 seconds .
  1. Install the fuse.

HI, BRAND new user here my climate control on 99 blazer is totally dead. totally. I read some threads - can you tell me where I find the battery positive voltage circuit fuse of the HVAC control module is?/

Thanks in advance,
SandyP

Also the only other thing I have done so far is check the fuses for the HVAC both in the inside and in the engine compartment. so any advice on where to start looking is much appreciated!
