Default Right Turn Malfunc when Headlamps On

2001 Chevy Blazer (S10 chassis)-

Problem: Right Signal blinks slightly faster than left signal only when the head lamps are on... Proper function when DRL's are in use... Malfunctions when headlamps automatically turn on or when manually operated.

Diagnostic so far:
Wiggle Tested Relay, Trailer Harness, and light harness (light harness back to chassis ground)
Transferred known good bulbs from left to right (both front and back)
Tapped on Relay just in case it was sticking... Opened relay and inspected for cold solders, all good

I do not want to purchase any unnecessary parts and hope that someone has experienced this issue before. I am a tech, but not a chevy tech and I'm hoping to save a little time. Please feel free to be as technical as you're comfortable with.

Thank you in advance.

Default Solution

After verify that all my switches, grounds, and power circuits were good, I decided that I would toss in a relay ($18 at NAPA) problem solved!

To the admins... Almost every thread in the forum pertains to bulb replacement to fix a turn signal issue. Being that bulb replacement should be damn easy, would it not make sense to add a section to FAQ for simple diag such as fast blinkers, ABS/Parking Brake light (check brake fluid), Door sags (Bushings)... just to thin out the amount of ridiculously redundant posts from people who can't get square on right.

I'd think that forums would be better served hunting down serious gremlins that aren't clean cut... and ONE bad bulb thread would be enough to lead someone with half a brain in the right direction.

Aside from that and this, thanks for anyone that looked and tried to think.

Cheers
