I read all the reviews on the HIDextra HID kit for the blazers and fell in love...UNTIL I found out it was illegal to put them in standard headlamps that don't have projectors in Texas. Due to me moving to TX in about a year, I have to buy the new HL and need to know what are "really" the best brand, for a decent price. Thanks!!!

 

HID retrofits are illegal in all 50 states. As long as you do it correct and don't try to run the blue bulbs or has horrible glare you should be fine.
