searched; whats the "GM" button for?
My key fob works fine. But there is a button that says "GM" on it and it does nothing. The key fob lights up when I hit it I have already searched and found nothing. Thanks in advance

take a picture, my fob has lock, unlock, red panic button, and 2x for hatch glass release

if you push it twice your rear glass should pop open

On my remote I have the same number of buttons but the button that is labeled GM is for the rear hatch on my remote. Have to push the button twice for the rear hatch. I would give that a try. Other than that possibility I have no idea.

nope the button doesn't open the glass.

You don't say what you have. Do you have "OnStar"? It's a wholly owned subsidiary of GM. At least it used to be. |
I do not have on star. Just an ls Blazer lol

The owners manual says nothing about it. Im beginning to think it's not the original key fob
