Default Stuck

I have a 1993 full size with tons of mods. I have done alot to this truck and for some reason I am stuck on this starter problem. I can cross over the starter with a screw driver. But when I turn the key forward nothing happens no clicking nothing. I have had this problem before a few times randomly. I could shake the truck and rock it back and forth and it would start. I continued to have this problem and eventually I couldn't get it to start at all so I cut out the fuse link and that fixed the problem until now. I have voltage to my starter and all my fuses are good. I am doubting that it is the neutral switch but it my be the ignition switch. It did this to me a week ago and I messed with it for a while and it fired up. Any ideas?

I got it. I had a good feeling that it wasn't a bad connection or a bad switch. I checked everything a few times and everything checked out good. I have a python security system on my truck, about 2 years ago I un hooked the alarm because it would go off non stop. I finally unplugged the main connector on the python box and my truck fires up every time.
