Default Tail lights and blinkers stay on while car is off

My license plate light, tail lights, and lil front blinkers stay on when the car is off making me have to disconnect the battery anytime I’m parked longer than an hour. Anybody have any clue what the issue is?

Most likely either the light switch has failed on or there is a short to power after the switch and before the lights. Disconnect the light switch to confirm.

Default Update

I got a new head unit and the issue is still happening, however it only happens if the yellow (constant voltage) wire is connected to the head unit. If I disconnect that then the lights turn off just fine when I turn off the car, but then I can’t use my radio.

Two questions:

If you pull the "radio/15A" fuse does this still happen with the radio head unit connected?

If you take the key out of the ignition, is there 12V on the disconnected yellow radio wire? Again on the connected yellow radio wire?
