Default Turn Key and all Electrical cuts out

First Time to the forum. I have a 1999 Blazer 4.3L 2 door. When I turn the key all of the electrical cuts out then in 10 or so seconds it all comes back on till i try it again. sometimes it will start but will do it again after I shut it off. I hear alot of clicking coming from the glove box area. It clicks and clicks and clicks eveb for a few seconds after the key is turned off. It was fine when I got home and then 2 hours later it did this. The battery is new in the last month. I have owned the Blazer since it was new. I have read alot on the forum and nothing relates to my problem. any Ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Im going to take a wild guess and think its the ignition switch.

Ignition switches like to cause symptoms like this.

Is there any way to check to see if it is the ignition switch for sure?
