Default Unknown wire

Hey guys, I just recently bought this 92 blazer and I figured I'd troubleshoot the AC. I immediately find this wire running out right next to the compressor that's not connected to anything but can't find what it's for or where to connect it. Any help would be great.

Please let me know if the pictures didn't work.

Still don't have a clue about the first wire..And then today I was checking inside under the passenger side of the dash, I found this tucked underneath the carpet. I have no clue what this was for and I can't see where it leads to without taking the dash out. Again, any help would be very much appreciated.
