Default Voltage question on 2005 Blazer.

Hello, I have a 2005 Blazer (2 door) and was wondering if it has PCM regulated voltage? I know the 04's don't but I was not sure about the 05's. I am planning on a fairly large audio install and the PCM regulated stuff is a nightmare. Thanks'

EDIT: Sorry I think I posted this in the wrong section.

If you go here
GM Parts - Genuine Replacement GM Parts - New GM Parts
You can look up any parts in question and see if there any difference between the two years

Yeah, thanks but I'm really not sure what I'm looking for. Either the computer controls the voltage or the alt is self regulated.

I looked at some PCM's and ECM's and they are different for almost every year. The alt's are the same though.

If you're going to do anything which is going to increase the power draw, you'll want to upgrade the wires running from the alternator.
