I have a '97 Blazer 4x4 and the wipers are only working on high. I replaced the switch, and it still works on high. However it's operating slower, as if it were on low. This really makes no sense to me, any help?

 

I had a very similar problem on my 98 Sonoma, went through a lot of researching and then replaced the wiper motor and it worked. Just recently was reading that this is often the circuit board on the motor, which there are replacements available.
