Unhappy Wipers Won't Shut Off!

My wipers will either stay on high or the lowest intermittent speed. I changed the pulse board and I still have the exact same problem. What else could it be?

i know there was some issue with these things, something about the solder would come lose and cause issues like this. i had this problem in my 1990 and the weird way i found of fixing it was i actually shoved a bolt between the motor and the firewall, pulling it away a hair. why on earth that fixed i dont know. been like that for over a year now.

this happened to me right after i did the fix for cold solders inside the motor. of course when i get them to turn on and all fixed it just leads to another problem of them coming on whenever they want to and not stopping. i had to pull the fuse so im back to no wipers at all again. i dont get it. maybe it was my solders..
