wont start with key

Default wont start with key

where is the vat system and why does it set ever time the car is turned off. and it has a drain on the battery with key off

Default wont start

1999 blazer v-6 auto. have to turn key off and on for the 3- 10 min count every time and has a draw on the battery so i have to do the key thing when i hook the battery back up. was a stolen car so i put a ign switch from a 2000 in it w/computer, new netural switch.

Default still not starting

starts sometimes or not .have to bypass ign sw to crank over. changed steering column and still nothing. can't find a good wiring dia
