1996 S10 blazer misfire

Default 1996 S10 blazer misfire
I have a misfire in my 1996 chevy blazer 4.3. It also has a knock as well, lifters were replaced in november. Then recently plugs and wires. The misfire is in cylinder number 5, it also has low compression in that cylinder. Any suggestions on what it might be.
