Default 2001 Blazer tires ?????

Needed to buy new tires for my 2001 Lt 4wd. Just a local boat hauler. some people say 235-70-15 & 235-75-15. If i could get some input from this forum it would much help full. Thanks Larry R

Nothing wrong with stock Tire...if towing on a regular
Basis then I would look for a tire that has more sidewall
Plys than a normal passenger tire....the ride will be a little stiffer
But better control with a load...tire rack has all the info on any
Tire imaginable, I would check there for info and rechearch
Then try to find the tire locally and save some money

The difference between the two sizes is hardly anything to worry about. P235/70/R15 is 164.5mm rim to tread and P235/75/R15 is 176.25mm rim to tread. That is a .648" increase in height at 75/R15 from 70/R15

Just don't mix the two. That .648" will do damage.
