Ahh, see, I didn't know they only ran at 15v. That'll make a huge difference. My schooling hasn't gone (and probably won't) into welding applications.

So, my dryer breakers are 20amp doubled up. 40amps total. Used a 12/3 cord to make my ext. cord 50` I had it laying around in the cellar. Still not comfy so I ordered 25` 10/3 on amazon for 30.00

If it says 20a on the breaker, that's its rating for 120 or 240v. Just took a look and a Lincoln sp170 needs a 20 breaker.
