Default Anyone else have AAA

Recently got AAA mostly for the towing service. Will be traveling around New England on Whitewater kayaking trips and thought it was a good idea driving a Balzer and all. Got the top one, 108 dollars a year and good for a 200 mile tow. Also I can use it no matter whose vehicle I`m in

Yeah it's a pretty good thing o have IMO. I don't have it but my father in law does and we used it to tow my landrover when I blew the motor in that.

the problem with it IMO is
If it is really cold or stormy ,they get really busy so there wait times get a little crazy

They use different towing companies so the wait time will be the same during storms. used my mother inlaws twice and never waited more than 45 min.

I was thinking about getting this, but my girlfriends sister married someone who's family owns a towing company, so if we break down, or get into an accident and need a tow, just a phone call and will get it towed wherever for free.

I've had basic service for several years. I only have the basic service, but I have never had to use it. I have more than paid for the membership with the discounts I get. I originally got AAA the first time I was going to Orlando. Saved more on Disney and Seaworld tickets than I paid. i highly recommend everyone consider something like this.

I have had AAA plus for many years. I just had to use it to two days ago when my fuel pump died on the interstate. Do not overlook the tripticks and tour books when you travel.
