Thought I'd share this with ya'll

This is my 1st batch.

Here's how I made it.

1 gallon apple juice.
1 gallon apple cider.
Indian Summer Brand out of Traverse City, Mi.
8 Cinnamon sticks.
2 cups white sugar.
1/2 cup brown sugar.
1 bottle 750 ml. Everclear Grain Alcohol 190 proof.

Bring 1 gallon apple juice.
1 gallon apple cider.
8 Cinnamon sticks.
to boil for 30 min.
then add sugar till dissolved, take off heat & cover till cool, add 1 bottle 750 ml. Everclear Grain Alcohol 190 proof.

Make sure it's cool before adding the GOOD Stuff....

It's Awesome Heated in the Microwave

Ive never had it! I did have a bad experience though with everclear. it was my fault though. 1st time i tried it i killed a pint of it straight within 20 minutes..

Too bad Mags is gone, she was fun to watch, but I'm betting Apple Pie gets a lot more popular. Reckon Everclear put up some money into the show?

 

There is an apple beer that tastes like apple pie. Brewing your own takes some time but 50 gallons of beer for what a 30 pack costs, lol.

Yeah we drunks. Dad, brother, uncle, and me all drink so 50 gallons doesn't last long.

 

That sounds good! Although I'd have to watch myself with this one, me and Everclear do not get along anymore.
