I don't know how many of you follow Barrett Jackson, but every time it comes on I get addicted lol. My TV's don't normally leave the speed channel while it's on. Anyway, last night there were a couple of interesting sales that I though I'd share..
The first was an old K5. For the shape it was in I'd say the buyer got a steal.

Next was a Typhoon. I'm kinda surprised this one didn't go for a bit more...but still a very nice buy. It even had the ORIGINAL TIRES!!

This truck started life as a 2001 Chevy Silverado and is now transformed into the chopped and dropped rolling piece of artwork you see today. Most everything on this car is a custom one-off design. This truck features many unique touches that you rarely ever see on a truck like this. For example the chopped windshield, shaved doors, chopped top, GMC Denali front end, full air ride suspension, 22" wheels, full custom interior with molded door panels and custom made center console. seems to be a trend at Barrett Jackson in the past year or so more and more trucks have been rolling across the auction block.

very nice, that K5 is awesome, i bought my 03 for that much haha.
but that silverado custom has tonnnnnnnnns of money into it, holy cow!
that guy gotta nice truck to show off! to some of those guys, $20 000 is pocket change!
I've seen some guys, cant remember their names off hand, that buy a handful of car each costing around $100 000 and act like they just bought a gumball.

a lot of the "bidders at barrett jackson are actually hired buyers for other people they buy cars for like 6 or 7 people so of course its no big thing for them to buy 5 cars each costing
