Default Best way to syphon fuel from car?

Hey all, OSS here;

I need to get the fuel out of my 97 Cadillac STS. I wrecked it a few months ago with a full tank of 91. I bought a hand pump and 10L tank today, but not sure how to go about getting it out. I don't have a fuel pump access hole, and if my 83 Camaro Z28 had anti-syphoning tube, sure as ****, this car does!

Any tips?

-OSS

If it's trashed like you said, take a brass or copper dowel (whatever you can make work) sharpen it & punch a hole in the lowest part of the tank. Brass or copper so you don't spark! DO NOT use steel!!!
Any non carbon based alloy should work on the thin tin of a tank. Have a catch pan below it, maybe a thumb (plug the hole) & helper to transfer the fuel to the holding tank & voila!
A fire extinquisher is a good idea too... ABC type.
Or drop the tank - safer but longer method.

Would it be possible to drop the tank and put +12V to the electric fuel pump?

If you can get to it, you could always cut the rubber part of the fuel filler neck.

well, you could puncture the bottom with something, be sure to have something ready tho, something metal, something like............a window breaker like the EMTs use, or some kind of pick, OR you could have some fun and shoot it =p

or you can use your pipes grip each side and rip the tank apart..

could probably drill the bottom on low speed on the drill, low chances of sparking then
