TBirds.. I think I posted that before but THIS is why:
Another $50 bird has landed - TCCoA Forums

Like Blazers, owning an MN12 Bird is not for the faint of heart but there REALLY are fewer things that go wrong... it's just you need to do your own wrenching if you want to avoid frustration.
Also Bird ownership points out that going the cheap route on repair parts means you do it again, soon.
Sounds familiar, eh wot!

But it is ONE GREAT road car

I don't think I posted in this thread yet so:

My daily driver is a 1996 Toyota Tercel almost at the 300,000 km's mark.
I also have a 2003 Ford F150 FX4 for hauling the quad and towing the TT.
My project car is a 1979 Ford Mustang 5.0, the first year of the Fox Body.

The Mustang project has been stalled for years. I want a 460 BB in it but they are expensive and since I bought the quad and the TT there always seems to be something better to do. One day I will get to it.

My daily is my Cadillac. I love that car. But I try to drive the Blazer to work once a week or so, just to share the load a little. They are two very different things to drive. It gives me nice variety.

Wow I just noticed that I have the exact same rims on my Cadillac as the dude with the Tahoe on the previous page.

Well, i got a much better job now, and this is my new whip.

Inline 6cyl turbo diesel, 13spd stick shift, 450hp cummins ISX engine. Shes a mountain climber. I have to spend a cpl nights a week in the bunk, but with the twins arrival - those cpl nights of unbroken sleep are well appreciated. Wifey isnt used to my overnight trips yet but she likes the paycheques . HomeHardware is a hell of a company to work for, im glad i quit my job for a career

WOW i knew those cummins were underpowered but really? Only 450HP outta that one? I coulda sworn the one in my bus was more than that. I'll take a S60 Detroit over a cummins any day .

Nice lookin rig though.
