I need to get to work on a 1969 gmc custom (factory custom, has headliner and ac), a 1950 buick dynaflow, and a 1958 chevy apache.
awesome, my dad is the 4th owner i think but its been passed down through my large family
he bought it from his great uncle
and it has ac too but the compressor locked up, and aparently the tach in the dash is a really rare option too

and too weird, my dad also had a 69 gmc with a built covette 5.7 in it and a built tranny
he said he broke out the back window when it shifted to second because his cousins head whiplashed into it haha
oh and my dad learned to drive in a 1950's pickup haha

more pics of the nova http://s173.photobucket.com/albums/w45/stevblev/nova/

Yeah the factory tach is rare. Right now I'm gathering parts for an auto to manual swap. I really wish mine was the earlier style like yours.

No pics but I have a 93 satty twin cam, 5 speed with pleny of get up & go and gets 30mpg all day long, hualing capacity sucks. And then I have an 81 Chevy Citation XS. Not quite as peppy as its X-11 cousin but I can seat 6 comfortably AND fit an old VW nose in the back.

How do you like the Saab? My first car was a 9000 (turbo 5-speed) and I loved every mile I put on her during those three years.

I got a Land Rover Discovery when the Saab died, then I got my current Blazer when the Disco died. So I don't drive either of these cars anymore, but it's the only shot I have of my summer vehicle, a 1978 Vespa Bravo.
