When I know what shipping would cost, and what the measurements and weight of the goods is, I can check what shipping to USA / CANADA will cost with FEDEX.

Kind regards.

Hey guys..

more or less.. good news?!

Price for 2Door ZR2 Set is 269USD
Shipping from Indonesia to Germany is 364 USD.

I wait for measurement and weight of the freight that I could calculate what it would be from Germany to USA. But I looked: 2 packages, 40inch x 15inch x 20inch would cost 700 USD from Germany to Houston, Texas for exampel, 1 Package, if possible would be 438 USD and in total, it would be too expensive for fibre glass products. I mean, one rock contact while offroading, and they are gone. It's more show and shine than tough build?!

Kind regards

Tobias

It's a real shame they dont make them tougher. Or more accessible for the market to be honest. That a big price tag for looks for me lol... maybe one day if I ever go to that side of the planet lol....

Yes,

I think I will build them on my own, starting with my original ones. It should be possible to get them to this look.

Thanks for looking into this. People have been drooling over the Indonesian Blazer fender flares for a long time now.

Keep up us posted if anything changes.

Did I share with you the link for the wrecking yard in Sweden that has the European fender flares that are made out of the more flexible plastic that also fit the 4dr models? I inquired of them about shipping a set for a 4dr to the US but they would not. Shipping is likely prohibitive too but perhaps someone here in the US would appreciate a chance to perhaps purchase a set as facilitated through you and for an appropriate fee paid to you for the trouble.

I'll have a look at it tomorrow.

But is it so hard to get OEM fenders in USA?? Nearly every German Blazer got them. Maybe i find some nearby my location.

Keep you informed.

The only USA Blazers that came with fenders were the 2dr ZR2 models. I think I read or heard that in Europe, there are regulations that mandate that the tires on vehicles cannot extend beyond the body. I've wondered if this regulation was the origin of all of the European Blazers having the fenders, even the 4dr ones. I suspect that the the ZR2 fender flares are larger than the ones installed on the other Blazers in Europe. The ironic thing is that the European fender flares were all made in Canada. LOL
