Can still hangout? lol
Hey guys so I traded the Bravada for the Jeep. Yes it's a jeep but it still has the Guts (entire drivetrain & axles) from a 84 K5. I was wondering if I'd be shund if I make a build thread here. This is still my favorite forum of all on the web & would hate to have to leave..

Thanks Rex. BTW I ended up keeping the Roof Rack & toolbox in the trade. BTW2 I've been trying to keep up with your thread when I'm on here & man it's like you've hit the nitrous button in last year or so on the build man it ALL looks good!!!

Thanks man! It should be gaining more speed in the coming weeks as time allows to. Having a welder has opened up a whole lot more opportunity for mods and you know in gonna take full advantage of it!

Red- LMAO MAN I Feel like I'm a Chevy Guy uncover as a "Jeep Guy" lol. I Loved to look of the old wagoneers + It has the drivetrain I've been hunting for in an old K5. I couldn't turn it down. I've been trying to figure out some sorta sticker to put accross the back window once shes up an running. I'm thinking something like "Jeep Nuts, but Chevy Guts" or "Jeep Makes it Chevy Shakes it" lol any thoughts on better ones are welcomed!
Rex-I hear ya on the welder. I finally got a good paying job & thinking of getting a small welder this summer this time.

You could do like my dad did when he swapped in a 429 c.i. Cadillac and turbo 400 into his FJ40 Land Cruiser back in the '70s. He took off all the Toyota badges, and replaced them with Cadillac emblems. I think he even put the Cadillac crest on the grill. It's very subtle, and he says it fooled a lot of people back in the day. People were always asking where he got that Cadillac truck! This was waaaaay before the escalades, lol!
