Default Cheapest treat to give a dog lol

The cheapest treat for my dogs is an ice cube.
Just make sure it's in the kitchen or outside so the water & drool is easy to clean up for your wife/gf/significant other etc lol
Though they do seem to have an affection for socks in the ... well ok, I don't have a laundry hamper, lets say laundry corner!

It's worse than giving them a bone or pigs ear etc... they fight & protect the ice cubes lol

Never had a dog, sadly, but my gf always puts an ice cube in her dog's water bowl if one falls on the floor from the ice maker. Little thing goes crazy and then throws up if hes eaten recently.

My dogs look at me as if I'm crazy if I try to give them an ice cube. Like I'm trying to get something over on them. They do love the elk/deer rib bones I give them. Rather than throw them out I give them the bones as outdoor treats. Raw hide treats for the indoors.

aww Phil, dogs are great, mans best friend... it doesnt matter if its been a year or a day, unlike a gf a dog will always greet you with excitement lol

as for the lil one, that could be because they woof it down too fast. Think of the size of the cube compared to the lil dogs throat. Plus if they bite it, sharp edges & the extreme cold water could make the dog barf

I feed a stray cat at work, now it's 2 cats, my supervisor tosses left overs from his lunch in the cats food dish (he's not going to tell his wife 'oh hunny thats too much food' because he knows if he does he'll be making his own lunches) but I look at the food in there when I'm about to fill the bowl... omg man, nm the cats, give that to ME... much like the elk bones etc, great for soups

Oh yeah, I've always wanted a dog, parents never got one though. I'm getting a Great Dane when I have my own house in a few years. Guy in my band has one and I love that dog.

I had a rotti/great dane... called her Bronx Bitch, we would be at my mothers place, walk over & put her head DOWN on the kitchen table lmao. Awsome dog, friendly, loving, huge suck & beware if you **** her, the other dog or cowcat off (btw cowcat is 24lbs of eating, chitting & sleeping machine, but no mice or anything with legs or wings he can fit in his yap, in the house)
