Default Chevy Cruze

This weekend my daughter went shopping for a small runabout to use for her daily driver, school run etc.

This is what she found!

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-233948532.htm

Imagine the surprise when she & the importer realised that this was actually 4WD!

When these guys import they visit used car dealers in Japan & just say "I want this, I want that" & so on. Then they get shipped over for sale here.

Whilst the cars are in transit they set the prices & start advertising.

This car stood in the lot for nearly a week before my daughter saw it. They left the price as advertised.

She takes delivery on Tuesday, so I'll post pics when I can get to take some.

For a 1300cc it's got lots of get up & go.

First is mini round spots on the roof (remember this is a tiny little car), black/red bowtie & then I'm banned from using it before I get carried away. LOL

Whilst this car was developed by Chevy with Suzuki, other than the engine, it is essentially the Holden/Vauxhall/Opel Cruze.

Can't wait to get my hands on it.

AND, it isn't even mine! LOL My daughter says she likes it just the way it is!

She's gotta be kidding! There always something to do to make it better. LOl

But then her boys (10 & 11) who have been away this week end & like my truck, haven't seen the Cruze yet! Don't think she's got a chance!

That remind me of a Tracker lol. Not my type of vehicle, but still pretty cool looking. Pretty cool that it's 4x4 lol.

Yea, I wonder why Chevy and Ford use the same names for their overseas versions even though they are totally different vehicles.

That's actually what I thought he was talking about when I first saw the title of the thread lol. I was expecting a brand new sedan. I was kinda surprised since I knew they weren't out yet. They're a nice replacement for the Cobalt though.

Yeah, I'd like to see a coupe version though. Probably be real nice.
