Its Christmas time so here you go. I sat in a bus station back in 1963. Still remember it was a few days before Christmas I was setting there on a bench and waiting for my Bus. Well in came this beauty of a girl dressed in her winter coat and gloves just gorgeous. She sat down just a ways from me. Meanwhile this song by Roy came over the speakers there at the bus station. I wanted to talk to her sooooo bad but being a stupid fool I never said a word to her. Well her bus came along before mine she got up to leave and I wanted to cry because stupid me never got the courage to talk with her. Anyway I never forgot that scene or the natural looking beauty I never got to talk with.... she was probably 16 or 17 or so about my age at the time.

 

Well a little over 2 hours till we hit a new year. Good bye 2017.

Temps in the low 30s no sun and my Blazer is muddy. My last day of vacation before I use it for work again. Meanwhile I feel so good because its cold outside....aaaahhhh.... nice

 

we're expecting ice flurries here in North Florida tomorrow morning... rain, wind, and temps in the 20's

You lucky thing. I just talked with my son who lives in Conroe just north of Houston he says ice coming down there. Ice flurries? But not snow. We had our snow here in Corpus Christi December the 8th so it will be many years probably before we get some again.

 

I'll trade temps with all of you. Here in northern Wyoming today. It was a whole +5 degrees with a wind chill of anywhere from -15 to -20

 

Yeah, it got up to 20 here in NY yesterday, I think it was the first time in a couple weeks we got out of the single digits...its a heat wave! Lol. Weve been down to -15 at night

 

I know I just got done doing a wheel hub\bearing and plugs on my G6 this weekend in 25 degrees.. That was enough for me. Ya'll can keep this cold air up there.
