Our guys ended up getting little baggies of the pills they'd give people with dysentery to stiffen up their otherwise watery stool.... they stopped asking for more after like 2 weeks of taking that stuff. Average to great... not so much

You're best bet is to load up on Whey Protine, or Cell Tech or someother crap and just work on a very targeted "muscle group"
hell if it builds muscle while your work out, then it should build "muscle" if all you do is "work out" while taking it.... probably works

And Smilin' Bob developed a priapism and died after becomeing dizzy and falling down a flight of stairs fair warning, if you dont know what a priapism is, don't google it at work

And they kept looking at me like I was gonna have this "OMG No they aren't" face. And the conversations tonight are going to be even better... cause there will be alcohol involved... yay
