Our guys ended up getting little baggies of the pills they'd give people with dysentery to stiffen up their otherwise watery stool.... they stopped asking for more after like 2 weeks of taking that stuff. Average to great... not so much :icon_angel:

You're best bet is to load up on Whey Protine, or Cell Tech or someother crap and just work on a very targeted "muscle group" :icon_wink:
hell if it builds muscle while your work out, then it should build "muscle" if all you do is "work out" while taking it.... probably works :icon_shrug:
