I joined the National Guard 2 mondays ago after about a year off from 4 years of active duty service. I would of went back active but Im in school and didnt want to give that up yet so NG was the best route for me to get back in!

My stepdad was in the Air Force for ~20 years, then went into the NG. He officially retired back in 2009.

 

I apprciate it guys. Remember tho I signed the contract for *another* 4 years.

Haha I went back as an 11B (Infantry) agian, so Ill def enjoy myself. Theres nothing funner than going shooting or kicking in doors and clearing buildings!

Haha yeah I know Curtis. My first 4 years of active duty was spent at Ft Carson CO freezing my nuts off because I was dumb enough to do infantry the first time.. Well I did it agian. But it really is a lot of fun.

And hey I made it through Iraq so hopefully the next one (weherever the hell that might be now) Will go smoothly as well.

P.S Infantry doesnt need tanks .. We have our legs haha
