Question Google Chrome

Hangs so bad for me on this forum, have went back to Firefox, seems better.
What are you using for a browser ?

Maybe it's time to update to a newer cpu ?

System specs.

Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition
Version 2002

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz
2.00 GB of Ram

I always keep Windows updates up, plus I'm running Bitdefender 2012, no viruses at all.

I run Google Chrome and all has been well. If you don't run the add-on "ad block plus" yet you should... may help your problems...

Google Chrome on Windows 7, no problems, no pop-ups (and no ad blocker), and it is so much faster than E.I. by a mile and a half. Certainly no complaints on Chrome for me

I use Firefox for the majority of my stuff and when it has troubles normally Google Chrome steps in to fill the void.

Just added ad block plus, WOW it's amazing the difference, everything loads super fast now.

I've used firefox ever since IE died on me and wouldn't work on my laptop, I had to use safari to limp my way to a link to download firefox....
