To a certain extent you may feel it in the pedal, but with the caliper floating, it is more noticeable through the chassis. Now if the runout on the rotor were to make the rotor fatter in one or more areas, then you definitely would feel it in the pedal as well as your seat, but I have never seen a rotor get fatter...
