Here's how my New Years day turned out
It started here at 6:10am
These went on around noon for about three hours and went so quick I didn't have time to get an after pic but I'll be making some more next weekend and I'll get pics then.
And then the grand finally! This guy went on at 7am and came off at 7pm! Sorry I forgot the before pic.
A 9lb pork butt smoked perfectly that turned to this amazingness!!
Mix in a few beers, a bunch of sides, and good time with family and the day couldn't have gone any better
