ok have some pics of the winch installed and wired up, i have not mounted the roller flairhead yet, im having a metat plate made to mount it to

nice. i hate the roller fairlead as ive smashed them up before, i just run the crappy metal one

I would make a nice cover for it... prevent it from screwing up from rain.

PJ, no i found a place in PA. called Logans Metal Products, the mostly do the jeep bumpers, but started on the S series, so i called them and it cost $491 shipped to Va. construction is top notch, im having the company custom make some filler pieces for the lower headlight, im not liking the gap, this bumper is made for the Blazer not a Jimmy, so a little custom work is needed, but i do like

giovanni, i would like to design a cover, but i think a superwinch is close to the same design, i will check into that, good thought though
