Default I need advice on a motorcycle.

Has anyone heard of a Tank Koisk Vision 250CC?

I'm looking into buying a bike and was wondering if anyone has heard of or knows of one of these. I don't need a big motor seeing as I'm just over 100lbs and this will be my first bike. So 250CC would be a good size I think. Any opinions are welcome.

Here's the link.

Thanks guys.

Edit: I just found that its a Khaos not a koisk, and seeing that I found a website for one here. I don't know if 17hp is enough, and I don't know if 65mph is fast enough either. I don't know, thoughts?

What about a 1992 yamaha FZR 600?

My experience with people on those are....people laugh at you, my friend got one and because it looked like a sport bike people thought it would go fast and they kinda don't. My suggestion would be either an endero (400cc Yamaha) or a rebel. That's just my opinion though, but 65 top mph is about all your going to get out of a 250, maybe with a bit of finagling you could squeeze a bit more.

if its your first bike don't go crazy on size... you will need time to learn it without wheelying out of control.... if not, don't get anything less then a 600 for street ride or 250 for enduro... and stay away from the cheap knock offs, stick with the big names... yamaha, honda, kawasaki...

ninja is a good buy, just be sure it's in good running shape.. carbs are not easy or cheap to rebuild... especially if they have a lot of mileage...

the 250s are nice, good starter bike, if you're taller then 6' then go with a 500 or 600... the 250s have low seat height

You might look up availability of parts before the purchase.
