Sorry to hear New Zealand is closer to the Aussies. That will drop real estate price.

It'll increase. Makes it easier for them to move over here, more demand = better prices. New Zealand is a much better place. No droughts, no floods, no fires, no deserts. Far better here. And for now, not too many aussies! LOL jk, actually, they're not a bad bunch - really!

wow, i have expierenced only one earthquake
that was last year, it was like one of very few to hit ky
my mom was scared out of her mind
i though she was going crazy when she woke me up and said the walls were shakin
lol i was too tired to care

i've only felt one earthquake....if you could call it that.... didn't even register on the rictur scale.....it's a trade off living in indiana, no earthquakes but you have tornados

I'm from the UK..I need to look up what an earthquake is

Ground trembles....walls shaking....things falling down. We had that happen on new years eve this year but we call them partys

So... Do they know for sure if NZ moved closer? Maybe "Oz" is just trying to snuggle up?

I was in an earthquake once. I woke up long enough to ask "Is this an earthquake?", and then I went back to bed.

Not forgetting of course that New Zealand consists of 2 islands. foxxie & I are both on the North Island & then almost at the top. So we're a long way away. Probably around 2000 kilometres.
