@hotrod413: I did the same thing, but rolling forward, in a Special reaction Team deployment vehicle. It was basically an old bread delivery druck with armor inside and a team of highly motivated Paratroopers piled in the back ready to kick a little ***. Long story short, I was stuck driving because I was one of the first guys in, and found a sweet short cut through some new construction. luckily the speed in which i plowed over the "curb-to-be" let use plow right through it, but it took about 20 minutes with a sledge hammer to get the back step bumper 'level' again afterwards.

Who the hell gave me a license anyway?

@AllEiz0nMe: Wow. Judging by the way the recovery jeep sits, it looks like there is a nice little shelf the other one just dropped off. Instead of dumping vehicle after vehicle into that place, it looks like you should put a canoe in and go punish some bass

@1oldK5: You have a truck? i was just humoring you this whole time because i thought you were crazy.... it's grey you say? can't say i've seen it yet... *starts pulling forward*
and yes, grey blends in... the Amry is gambling our lives on that little snippet of information... see?
in the woods
in the desert
in the states
and at home

Never! otherwise they would take up 1/2 a thread page, and the idea is to spot the giant gray-clad fools sticking out even in tiny pics...

pull string, Go BOOM! at lease you weren't A.D.A... Wait, 3/20th? The Red Knights??!!? no way! i was attached to those cats the last time i was in iraq. ROFl. That is how i lost my tooth . Entered a "king of the cage" style fight that was billed as M.P.s vs. F.A.G.s Field Artillery guys... *note i beat the f.a.g. that broke my face, i just looked like a douche in the process*

a while back the re-allocated the MOS identifiers. 95B (military police) became 31B. The rest is history...

That's a damn good question of who gave you a license. I wouldn't trust you with a go-kart at an amusement park let alone a full size vehicle on the road with other people around you!

Good thing my truck is slowing becoming a different color, that way you will atleast see a piece of it and hopefully not hit it! BTW that's the excuse I got when that tahoe changed into my lane "I didn't see you" haha good one pal it's a hard one to miss..

@SmokeDogg: not my couch, a famous picture though. Kind of an F-U to the ACUs.

@1oldK5: Funny story about go-karting. (i could not make this crap up....) i went a slick track once when I was maybe 15 in San Diego. I managed to put the owner's kid in the wall going into a turn on probably lap 5. The high wall mind you. I barely maintained "control" (as it were). I got tossed out after a caution lap. ROFL

damnit. can'tanyone spark a good story here?!?! i spun out on an icy hill taking my daughter to school. she asked why we were turning around, and I played it cool, telling her, "it's ok Em. Daddy just forgot his lunch..." before coming to a stop 1 1/2 spins later, at the bottom of the hill maybe 1" from the curb. I was facing back the way we had come. i was trying to show off for my 5 year old.... while completely out of any semblance of control. i truely do SUCK at driving

Im gonna try and spark a good story..here it goes

I was off roading in my grammas saturn..i was following a muddy road that had deep ruts..i got half way through and stopped..i was gonna back out when it slid sideways and high centered the car..had to walk the better of 5 miles to get a buddies truck, and pull my *** out...a week later some unlicensed illegal guatemalens pulled out in front of me, and damn near totaled the saturn..the whole time, i had my head back waitin for the airbag to pop, scared ****less cause i knew it was comin...the damn car didn't even have airbags....hahahahaha I felt soo bad that it got hit..i was scared to come home...

as you can see, I started to fix it, but my gramma gave it to my uncle before i could finish it

LMAO. I can just imagine you driving with your head to one side half squinting waiting for a canvas sucker punch.

I never wrecked grammas ride (since it was an early 90's GEO and I was WAY to cool for it) but as for high centered....

About a year ago i got a call that a soldier of mine had gotten her vehicle stuck in the woods. at 0200. (2 am) Oh BTW it was a 2008 eclipse.
She (underage) had been drunk and went flying over a hill into a blind turn, at an estimated 90-100 mph, before rocketing off the pavement and into some nice North Carolina sand dirt.

I picked up her teamleader (her first line supervisor who had called me) and we went out to pull the vehicle out and bring her back to answer for her breach of conduct. We spent 30 minutes digging to expose enough of the frame to route a tow strap around it. I took my grille off to get to my bumper cover, which i pulled off to get to my tow hooks (before i knew i could get to em anyway ) well after pulling her out, putting her in the back seat of her car and having her teamleader drive it back on post, I got pulled over.

Some one had passed by and saw the lights in the woods. they reported it to the MPs. When the MPs came by they spotted me with what looked like a wrecked front end, and pulled me for suspicion of drunk driving and leaving the sceen of an accident. believe it or not, they CAN charge you with damage to government property if you tear up the ground/shrubs. They dont, but they can... that was a crappy night.

I had to answer for why I was taking care of a soldier instead of selling her out to the on duty MPs. Bull S**T. All day long they preach at us, "Never leave a Fallen Soldier." "I know my soldiers and I will always place their needs above my own." and "For f*ck's sake, don't let me catch MP's turnin up on the Blotter!!" (nightly roll up of dumbasses and their law violations). I got a nice little swat on the *** for that one.
