March 20th I go for visitation for my daughter.
That is my new court date to get visitation rights for my daughter, who I have not seen since june 7th of last yaer because the mother is a cold hearted you know what. Bringing a lawyer with me and everything.
To make it even better, that is the mothers birthday

I wish you the very best of luck man!! I can 100% relate as I am going thru the same thing with my first sons crazy mother. I'm waiting on some insurance money and I'm getting lawyered up and getting my visitation enforced and child support lowered. Kids are expensive but it doesn't cost almost $800 a month for a 6 year old in southern WI to live. I want to take the extra and put it towards college for him. Please keep us informed.

I'm glad I don't know what your going through , I couldn't imagine being seperated from my kids , I went to mass for a job one time for one month . It was horrable , I still have bad dreams about it . But my kids had the best christmas ever . Wish you the best on march 20th

if ct has laws like maine they cannot refuse you visitation with your child, in maine they court cannot refuse visitation unless the non-guardian parent is a health risk to the child. Hope all works out for the best, I don't know what I would do if I couldn't see my daughter.
