Default my bro's new ride

Alright to put this in perspective, my brother knows next to nothing about cars and we were looking for a few months for the right car. Well, we found one, and of course it's a Chevy!

2001 Cavalier.
126k, for speed auto, 2.2 OHV 4 cylinder.(the loud, but reliable one lol)
Has crank windows, manual locks, but it has abs, traction control, and it's in great shape.

Not a bad looking ride, at least its not the fugly version. I didn't think those came with traction control, especially on a lower model

I didn't think it did, either, but I was looking through the owners manual, and the 4 speed automatic has traction control, which is the transmission it has.

Haha!
Not my car, and my brother can't drive a stick.

If I was buying it mine would have been a 2003 Sport with the Ecotec and a 5 speed.

The Quad 4 2.4 is a problem child, but it is pretty powerful. Heck, it was making more power during the 90's than most V6's.

He does want to make it looks less like an old lady's car.
I told him window tint, stereo, LS Sport rims, and some HID's. lol

bedliner rockers.
paint the wheels
cut fenders and slip in 33's
bumper mount some aux lights
safari rack on roof AND trunk
cb whip antenna
trim the front bumper cover to clear corners
rear spare carrier
tint tail lights...

your other ideas were fine two...just my first impressions..
