Cool My last ride...some Corvette eye candy

Here's a few shots of the '05 C6 that I had

I had an '04 Silverado before the vette...it had a little show and tons of GO! I pulled the 4.8L and swapped in a 6.0L with a cam, 3000 stall and lots of bolt-on's. It was pretty fast for a 5,000lb brick

The guy that bought the truck said his g/f totaled it

Nice Vette! I'd be pretty bummed if I saw the truck I put so much money and time into get totaled...even if it wasn't mine anymore.

I unloaded the vette to buy an engagement ring. I bought her an '09 Mazda 3 and took over her blazer. I've been ring shopping....and I've found that picking out a diamond is much harder to do than picking out a shiney new car.

The blazer is my new weekend toy

Well the engine wasn't HUGE or anything. But yeah I bet she was real quick! How many horses did it have?

Edit: The truck

The truck was estimated to have about 400HP at the rear wheels. I say estimated because I had the same engine, cam and bolt-on's as a guy that actually dynoed 400HP. The truck ran low 13's at over 100mph in the quarter - that was on street tires after the live street tune and a gear change from 4.11 to 3.73's.

This was one of the first shake down runs...this was on the heavy 20's, 4.11's and stock suspension.
