Default My new (to me) ride!

I'm excited about my latest acquisition, so I want to share it with you guys! It seems like I'm always buying cars that I want to keep in January. I just bought a very clean 1997 Pontiac GTP supercharged coupe. It's a one owner car (the guy just turned 56) with 102,000 miles on the clock. It's black on black leather and in 100% unmolested original condition! I want to post some pictures, but the snow and salt got it so dirty just driving it home that I'm gonna wait till I get it detailed to take pictures. I'm really looking forward to this being my new daily driver.

1997s are an odd year for those. Some are insanely fast and some are dog slow. I guess it depends on which day they were made. lol

I am working on a new forum for W bodies including 2nd gen Grand Prixs. If you're interested, let me know.

I wouldn't call it "insanely fast", but it's CERTAINLY not "dog slow" As a matter offact, it's been my experience so far, that if you stomp on the go-pedal, you better have a hand full of steering wheel!
